"I had one of the worst experiences with GoMechanic. The appointed service centre provided extremely poor service — unresolved AC leakage issues, incomplete work despite payment, and lack of basic professionalism. Even after sending them a detailed email about the poor service, they didn’t even bother to reply. This clearly shows how little they value their customers. Their so-called Service Buddy was completely unhelpful and only gave excuses instead of solutions. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid GoMechanic. They waste your time, money, and patience. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆"

"Editing my review after today's visit 06/April/2023. Very bad experience today. They kept my car's ignition on and doors open all the time after washing. When I complained and objected, the cleaning staff started to argue with me. Another customer at the same also complained that they kept his car's ignition was also on while they were working. Good place to quick wash and do small repairs of your car. They also have a generator to continue services even during power cuts."
